The Dalai Lama greeted with a fist bump
Not that anyone asked me, but I approve. In his autobiography His Holiness suggests he was a bit of a cheeky child, and age doesn't seem to have affected his sense of humour.
In this CNN report Memphis Mayor Myron Lowery says "His Holiness is always happy to participate in local customs, however obscure. He is about peace and harmony, and a fist bump is just another expression of warm friendship that he again returned to me before he left."
