Canon S90
This is about the only camera that could seriously replace the LX3 for me. The GF1 that I linked to yesterday is a bit big, but the S90 is actually smaller than the LX3. Providing you don't use the hot seat on the LX3 (and at this stage, I don't) and don't care about HD video (I've used it once, to test it) the specs are almost one for one although word is that the S90 has better low light performance, which is a huge deal to me. The S90 doesn't require a lens cap either, another bonus as I find those things are always inconvenient, in the way or lost. Oh and the S90 is deliciously clean looking!
