Sesshin at Kodoji
I've spent the last four days at Kodoji for sesshin. It was my first sesshin, but it certainly wont be my last. I haven't yet fully integrated everything that has happened over the last few days, but I can say for sure that it's had an impact and I'm incredibly grateful for having had the opportunity.
Between sessions I would sit on the balcony of the dojo and take in the view. It was beautifully cold and damp, and an incredibly mist engulfed the entire valley. What an incredible place. What an incredible practice.
